The goal of our ministry is to make disciples in missions field throughout the world. Our strategy centers around four primary components: send missionaries who are led daily by the Holy Spirit, establish new groups of believers, use discipleship to raise up new missionaries and train new missionaries on how to be self-sustained financially for the completion of the Great Commission.
Our heart is centered on seeking God’s will in our daily life. Our missionaries goal is not only to know God’s general direction in life but also be guided daily by the Holy Spirit. John 5:19 “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” God is the governor and a daily leader in our mission work. We train ourselves to seek God in our everyday life in the same way an employee seeks the manager’s direction for the day. Through prayer and meditation on the word of God, we train ourselves to set a long-term vision and daily goals.
Our heart is centered on the establishment of house churches and groups. As Apostle Paul writes 1 Corinthians 1:11 “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ”. The radical life of Jesus serves as an ultimate example for our own lives. We strive to build on the foundation of Christ and follow the Apostles call to take the “Good News” to all people and make disciples of all nations (Mark 16:15 & Matthew 28:19). The greatest achievement that we can offer God, is to preach to mankind and establish local bodies of believers in the whole world.
Our heart is centered on discipling people. The church faced every type of trial you can name and not only survived but grew. No one will ever follow someone full heartedly without being discipled by that person. Christ is the cornerstone of discipleship then why not imitate His example. Jesus spent around 3 years with His disciples for them to carry on the sacrificial love. Our goal is not only to teach theological doctrine but to live our life with new converts until they mature. Life is not always so permitting to live out such an ideal form of discipleship. Hence, we love to work with local ministers to raise up these new groups of believers, who are able to go further than foreign missionaries. Many will be called to the mission field as well and our goal is not only to mature them further but to train them how to be self-sustained. In this modern era, we are not only able to bring theological training to new missionaries but to also train them how to be financially self-sustained. This brings us to our fourth point.
Our heart is centered on modernizing the mission field. Many missionaries in this world are not looking for the typical American pastor’s salary but a fraction of it. Some are able to survive on a couple of thousand dollars a year. We take the knowledge of the western world and train the missionaries on how to raise money for their mission work. We train them on how to use various social marketing techniques such as Crowd Funding websites, Facebook fundraisers and so forth. These tools are not only to support their livelihood but to also connect people in need with us in the west.
Please stand with us as we help develop strategies that will help mission work not only last but thrive. 1 Corinthians 3:8-9 “He who plants and he who waters are one, but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service.”
